What is your minimum for delivery?

$150.00 for less than 15 miles for the Belvidere, IL area

$300.00 for all other deliveries


Do you allow regular customers to come to the warehouse to purchase and pick up products?

Yes, between 9am – 2pm, Monday – Friday. We appreciate a phone call in advance to have the invoice ready for the customer, and to make sure the product is in stock.


When do you deliver in areas?

Each geographic area is designated a specific day one a week. Our customer service reps have that information on hand


How do I set up an account?

Download the customer information sheet and application found HERE, or call our support team to have them emailed to you.

 


How long does the process take to become a customer?

As soon as we get your customer information sheet and application, our accounting department will verify your credit references. Once approved, you will be notified that you are ready to order.


When do I place my order?

The customer service reps or your salesperson will let you know your delivery date. Orders need to be in our office by 2:00 pm the day before delivery.


What is your return policy?

Returns only accepted within 14 days of invoice date. No returns on opened, perishable, frozen, or special order items.
